I drooled over those markets and wished I could spend time wandering through them. Then I got to the pic of the food and the drooling started again. Why oh why did I read this while I was hungry?

Selamat hari raya, Elisalah! This was a great read, thanks. I fairly recently had dinner with a bunch of Sporean Muslims I just met. They sure know how to cook and have fun. Best time I’ve had in ages. I did my usual Salma Hayek thing and for the rest of the night one of the ladies kept randomly bursting out laughing about it. It was fun.

I am glad they enjoyed my reading and that it provided you with something to share
I would definitely recommend this trip to any families with children at any age.
Side tip: The camp has a pool! So if you can’t entice your family with the sand, you could entice them with the water

What a wonderful vacation. I just pulled my kids here and we read about your adventure and looked at the pictures together. They were absolutely fascinated with every bit of it and I was tickled to have the opportunity to show them.

I think in our world we don’t think about the lives of people in other parts of the world. We don’t always see people as individuals and showing them my friend’s family vacation opened up their eyes.
